RE: SCO loses another round in Unix fight, to pay Novell .55M

Unfortunately, this is what is wrong with parts of the industry right now, its just about lawyers suing for the sake of money than innovation or even at this point, rights, or in this case allowing Linux/Unix community to continue to grow instead of always worrying about legal rights to something that should be "open sourced" in the first place.
